Outline
The course covers the aspects of safely operating commercial vehicles (combi-vans to HGVs) with the QTS Group organisation.
The course is structured around current legislation and guidance from Drivers and Vehicles Standards Agency (DVSA) guidance.
The course will be classroom based and competence will be proven by the completion of a Theory Assessment

PPE
Candidates are required to bring High Visibility Clothing to include High Visibility (HV) orange upper body clothing to BS EN 471:2003 class 2 as a minimum (HV tabard); and HV orange lower body clothing to BS EN 471:2003 class 1 as a minimum (HV trousers or HV over-trousers), PPE incl. Hard Hat, and Safety footwear (Incl ankle protection, not rigger boots).
Would all candidates please ensure they bring with them their National Insurance Number together with 2 from the following; Company ID, Passport, Driving Licence or some other form of photographic identification.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and hold a Full Driving License.
If any candidates have any additional needs within a learning environment, such as Dyslexia, please advise ahead of the course.
