Responsible Manager (019)

The course is designed to provide current and any future Responsible Managers within QTS Group with the below:

  • A better Understanding the 019 Standard & Modules
  • A better Understanding Safe Systems of Work Hierarchy
  • Provide the RM with the knowledge and understanding to ensure that the Safe Work Pack (SWP) is prioritised, planned, and completed in accordance with Network Rail Standards and QTS Group’s processes and procedures.

Throughout the course there are a number of practical exercises which involve the participation of all delegates.

Practical site requirements. Classroom only 

Pre-requisites. Candidates must eiher be currently undertaking an RM role, or be put forward by their line manager to train to undertake this role. Candidates must bring either a laptop or iPad to the course.
